Why should wine drinkers be responsible for the entire profit margin of the establishment? The wine menu had few crisp, acidic whites to choose from, and it was the only local offering, so I didn't mind as much as usual. If they had marked the glass or bottle price down a few pegs, I would have purchased more, and I am fully in support of your retail theory.<BR/><BR/>Long time reader of the vinofictions domain: I never bothered to check out the blogger equivalent!
